## Doanh nghiệp dịch vụ tiền tệ (MSB)

MoonExe hoạt động theo khuôn khổ **Doanh nghiệp dịch vụ tiền tệ (MSB)** với FinCEN (Mạng lưới Thực thi Tội phạm Tài chính Hoa Kỳ). MoonExe cũng sở hữu **Giấy chứng nhận tình trạng pháp lý tốt của doanh nghiệp** (Certificate of Fact of Good Standing).

## Quy định về stablecoin

Tại Hoa Kỳ, **Đạo luật GENIUS** (GENIUS Act) thúc đẩy việc tiêu chuẩn hóa stablecoin và thiết lập khung pháp lý liên bang dành cho các stablecoin neo giá USD, qua đó củng cố niềm tin của thị trường đối với stablecoin.
